Identifies locker pairs that are geographically close (potential cannibalization). When two lockers within 500m are both net-negative, one may be stealing volume from the other without generating incremental benefit.
Haversine Distance: Straight-line distance between two points on Earth's surface (in meters).
Cannibalization: Two nearby lockers splitting demand that one could serve alone. Net effect: both underperform.
Both Negative: Both lockers in a pair are net-negative monthly. Strongest signal for potential removal of one.
Recommendation: Pairs where both are negative and within 500m are candidates for consolidation (remove the worse-performing one).
Sorted by distance (closest first). Filter to "Both Negative" + distance ≤500m for highest-priority consolidation candidates.
