Bad = 75%+ negative AND 2x+ worse than network avg
Trending = 50-75% negative OR throughput <0.15
Good = DPMO <8K AND throughput >0.15
Excellent = DPMO <5K AND throughput >0.22
Individual Health: Per-locker classification based on its own metrics.
Bad = DPMO >10K OR throughput <0.08
Trending = Throughput <0.15
Good = DPMO <8K AND throughput >0.15
Excellent = DPMO <5K AND throughput >0.22
Multiplier: How many times worse (or better) than network average. Based on max of DPMO ratio and throughput deficit ratio.
>5x = catastrophically worse
2-3x = significantly worse
<2x = near average
2-3x+ better = outperforming
Age: Years since locker launch date. Helps identify whether problems are in new placements (placement error) or old hardware (decay).
