Delivery Failure Reasons (6,983 lockers)

Lockers where deliveries failed BEFORE the package entered the locker. These are different from concessions (DPMO) which happen AFTER delivery. DFR captures carrier-side and hardware-side failures that prevent delivery attempts from succeeding.

ℹ Definitions

DFR (Delivery Failure Rate): Count of failed delivery attempts at this locker in the last 90 days.
No Free Locker: All slots occupied. Packages can't be deposited.
Package Too Big: Package dimensions exceed available slot sizes.
Carrier Timeout: Carrier couldn't complete the deposit within the allowed time window.
Hardware Problem: Locker malfunction prevented the door from opening or closing.
Location Closed: Carrier arrived outside operating hours. Access denied.
Cust Pickup Timeout: Customer didn't pick up in time, slot became unavailable for new deposits.
