Cannibalization & Over-Saturation

Lockers failing because they are too close to each other. When two net-negative lockers are within 1km, they may be splitting demand that one could serve alone. This page combines proximity analysis with cluster health to identify over-saturated zones.

ℹ Definitions

Cannibalization Pair: Two lockers within 1km that are BOTH net-negative. One may be stealing volume from the other.
Bad Cluster: A 500m zone where 75%+ of lockers are negative AND performance is 2x+ worse than network average.
Recommendation: For each pair, the worse-performing locker (lower net PnL) is the removal candidate.
